Northern Lakes Regional Academy Informational Sessions

Northern Lakes Regional Academy Informational Sessions for Prospective Students
Posted on 12/07/2016
Northern Lakes Regional Academy (NLRA) is the Rice Lake Area School District’s rigorous STEAM focused and project-based high school learning option open to all area students. We offer a small and individualized learning environment with an emphasis on projects involving science, technology, engineering, aesthetic design, and mathematics. NLRA students earn academic credit and meet proficiencies in learning targets through skill development related to our digital fabrication and design (Fab Lab) while participating in teacher led-interdisciplinary seminars, as well as small-group and individual projects designed by students.

NLRA is now enrolling students for the 2017-18 school year. Students and parents interested in making NLRA their school of choice should attend an open house information session on Tuesday December 20th, 2016 from 6:00-7:00 pm at our facility located at 33 Ann St. in Rice Lake.

Parents/students unable to attend the meeting should contact Jeremy “Pete” Peterson at petersonje@ricelake.k12.wi.us or call 715-234-8612 x5458 to find out more about NLRA and the enrollment process.
